United Forces policies and procedures
United Forces is a clan that was
founded in the late 90’s by Shawn C. and Jon H.; also known as Gunner and Wish.
Since the inception of United Forces, the clan has grown
into one of the most respected clans in their game.
United Forces has been seen in Duke Nukem 3D, Soldier of
Fortune 1 and 2, Unreal Tournament 99, Unreal Tournament 2k3, Return to Castle
Wolfenstein Enemy Territory, Call of Duty 4, and Battlefield Bad Company 2 .
While United Forces was in F.EA.R Combat and Call of Duty
4 They were one of the top TWL (Team Warfare League) clans before deciding to
step down and move on. United forces is again fast climbing the ranks for TWL
in Battlefield Bad Company 2.
United Forces prides itself on its members and their
skills and require our members to abide by rules of conduct.
Acceptance into the clan
United Forces has two clan divisions known as #uf# and
#UF#. The #uf# division is our junior division and the #UF# is our full member
division.
All new members of the clan are placed into the junior
division and are required to stay there for the period of one month for
evaluation. Only those that are accepted by majority vote of clan owners are
allowed to move into the full member division.
In order to be a candidate for the full
division a member must participate in the clans servers, participate on the
clans forums, participate on Ventrilo and use Xfire. The full division also has
$3 a month dues. This is not a donation and is required to be in the full #UF#
division.
All members of the full division get an email address that
ends with ufclansite.net. They also get a guaranteed slot on the servers in the
event a server is full and access to the clan full member forums.
If a member decides (s)he does not want to be in the full
clan then (s)he may stay in the junior division for no more than 60 days after
being accepted into the clan.
#UF# uses the Junior division as a recruiting
pool to get to know a player and see if (s)he is someone we would like to make
a full member. Junior division is not a permanent position in the clan. If,
after your 60 days, you still have decided not to apply to become a full member
you may be asked to leave the clan to free up a recruiting spot for other
applicants.
Only those members in the full division are allowed to
participate in TWL matches and they must make their interest known to the TWL
captains by PM or posting in the TWL section of the full clan forums.
If a junior member cannot afford to pay
the $3.00 a month dues then a current member of the full division may sponsor
them only after providing the reason for sponsorship to 3 of the clans’ owners
and gaining their approval.
To start the application process to become a full member
you must first pay your first 6 months of dues, $18.00 by clicking the clan
dues donations button link on the main page and then you must request a meeting
with any owner.
The owners will hear your request in
Ventrilo and will then make a decision on your application. If your application
is accepted you will be told via a PM from the owners with your full clan info
and password to the private slots.
If your application is denied they will
give you the reason and you will be allowed to reapply in 30 days. At this
point your clan dues will be refunded and you will remain in the junior
division until you reapply in 30 days.
If your application is denied for reasons of conduct or
participation you may be removed from the clan all together and stripped of
your tags.
Conduct
Clan members are to wear their clan
tags at all times while playing in our servers and any other clans servers. The
tag is #UF# for the full division and #uf# for the junior division.

other and discrimination on the bases of gender, age, race, nationality,
religious beliefs, creed, or origin will not be tolerated.

itself in forums, let them bring it to the game.

policy or regulations in public. All thoughts on policies and regulations
should be brought up in the “Clan Only” section of the forums or by private

Members are representatives of the clan and are perceived
as such by other people and organizations. A member's public conduct, good or
bad, will be reflected on the clan as a whole.

cheats or be seen associating with a cheat while representing the clan. Doing
so is grounds for immediate dismissal from the clan.

found to not be participating without a reason they will be demoted to the
junior division and if are still not participating after 30 days they will be
dropped from the roster at managements discretion.
